Cancellation Policy

Please note: This project currently exists only in theory as part of a diploma thesis. However, this conceptual cancellation policy could apply if the project was realised.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. Please review our cancellation policy below:

For Schools

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled event date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if made within the 14-day window.
  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email to office@thegreenpuzzlebox.org.

For Exhibition Visitors (Individual Time Slot Bookings)

  • As participation is free of charge, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible if you're unable to attend your booked time slot.
  • This helps us offer your spot to someone else who'd love to join the experience.
  • You can cancel or update your booking through your confirmation email or by notifying our onsite team.
